From savory rice dishes like Moros y Cristianos to the staple, sugary dessert of flan, Cuban cuisine tells it’s history — a flavor blend of Spanish, African, and other Caribbean cuisines. We’ll visit agricultural markets, sample delicious food from Cuban chefs, and attend culinary workshops to spice up your recipes.
