Centered around the Festival Culinario Internacional (International Culinary Festival) in Havana, Cuba — we’ll explore the culinary industry in Cuba at every stage from agricultural production to artistic takes on Cuban dishes. From savory rice dishes like Moros y Cristianos to the staple, sugary dessert of flan, Cuban cuisine tells it’s history — a flavor blend of Spanish, African, and other Caribbean cuisines. We’ll visit agricultural markets, sample delicious food from Cuban chefs, and attend culinary workshops to spice up your recipes. Explore the popular international event’s master classes, workshops, culinary hall, bartender show, and culinary exhibitions.
